Accessing your W-2 Online

All W-2’s are available on the Company’s HRIS system.  To access the system, go to the following site https://SunHoldings.UltiPro.com

You will need to log-in to the system. Your login is typically:

Username: First name + the last four digits of your Social Security number + @SUN (e.g., John1234@SUN).

 Password: For first-time users, the default is your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format (e.g., 12312025).

 If you are part of specific brands (e.g., Applebee’s), your username may include @RMH instead.

For password assistance, please contact your General Manager, District Manager, or email HR@SunHoldings.net.

Once in the system, your W-2 can accessed by clicking on the following links on the left side of the screen:

          Pay/U.S. Wage and Tax Statements

While you are in the system, you may want to update your mailing address and your e-mail address

If you still have issues, please call our W-2 hotline and leave your e-mail address in the message and we will send your W-2 within 48 hours.  If you do not have an e-mail, please leave your mailing address.
